1. Services

We provide digital marketing and media services including but not limited to lead generation, ad management, branding, and content creation for contractors and home service businesses.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate business info, approve creatives in a timely manner, and fulfill payment obligations.

3. Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid on time. Late payments may result in paused services or additional fees. Subscription services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.

4. Refund Policy

We offer limited refunds based on performance guarantees outlined in your service agreement. Please refer to your contract or speak with your account manager.

5. Intellectual Property

All media, designs, or creative materials produced by LMZ Agency LLC remain our intellectual property unless transferred through written agreement.

6. No Guarantees

While we strive to deliver results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as lead quantity, revenue, or rankings unless specified in writing.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' notice. Certain services may require longer notice as per contract terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

LMZ Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
